# §2.148. Director may suspend certain rules.


In an extraordinary situation, when justice requires and no other party is injured thereby, any requirement of the rules in parts [2](/cfr/37/part2.md), [3](/cfr/37/part3.md), 6, and 7 of this chapter that is not a requirement of the Act may be suspended or waived by the Director.
