# §11.309. Advocate in nonadjudicative proceedings.


A practitioner representing a client before a legislative body or administrative agency in a nonadjudicative proceeding shall disclose that the appearance is in a representative capacity and shall conform to the provisions of §§ [11.303(a) through (c)](/cfr/37/11.303.md?p=a..c), [11.304(a) through (c)](/cfr/37/11.304.md?p=a..c), and [11.305](/cfr/37/11.305.md).
