# §1.904. Notice of inter partes reexamination in Official Gazette.


A notice of the filing of an inter partes reexamination request will be published in the Official Gazette. The notice published in the Official Gazette under [§ 1.11(c)](/cfr/37/1.11.md?p=c) will be considered to be constructive notice of the inter partes reexamination proceeding and inter partes reexamination will proceed.
