# §1.468. Delays in meeting time limits.


Delays in meeting time limits during international processing of international applications may only be excused as provided in PCT [Rule 82](/cfr/37/82.md). For delays in meeting time limits in a national application, see [§ 1.137](/cfr/37/1.137.md).
