# §1.325. Other mistakes not corrected.


Mistakes other than those provided for in §§ [1.322](/cfr/37/1.322.md), [1.323](/cfr/37/1.323.md), [1.324](/cfr/37/1.324.md), and not affording legal grounds for reissue or for reexamination, will not be corrected after the date of the patent.
