# §1.1022. Form and signature.

- (a) The international design application shall be presented on the official form (Rules [7(1)](/cfr/37/7.md?p=1) and [1(vi)](/cfr/37/1.md?p=vi)).
- (b) The international design application shall be signed by the applicant.
