# §910.62. The Plan.


The Plan means The Pennsylvania Avenue Plan—1974, as amended, and prepared pursuant to Pub. L. 92-578, 86 Stat. 1266 ([40 U.S.C. 871](/usc/40/871.md)), and the document which sets forth the development concepts upon which this part 910 and Square Guidelines are based.
