# §9.81. May I use previously submitted information?

- (a) In satisfying the requirements of [§§ 9.82 through 9.90](/cfr/36/9.82..9.90.md), you do not need to resubmit information that is already on file with the NPS. Instead, you may reference the previously submitted information in your permit application.
- (b) You may submit documents and materials containing the information required by [§§ 9.82 through 9.90](/cfr/36/9.82..9.90.md) that you submit to other Federal and State agencies. If you do this, you must clearly identify the information required by [§§ 9.82 through 9.90](/cfr/36/9.82..9.90.md).
