# §79.17. Timing of disposition.


Disposition will occur no sooner than 60 days after the notice of determination of disposition is published in the Federal Register under [§ 79.15(i)](/cfr/36/79.15.md?p=i). If the Federal agency receives an objection under [§ 79.16](/cfr/36/79.16.md), then disposition will occur no sooner than 30 days after the notice of decision on the objection and any amendments are published in the Federal Register under [§ 79.16(f)](/cfr/36/79.16.md?p=f).
