# §52.40. Does this part affect concession contracts under part 51 of this chapter?


No, nothing in this part modifies the terms or conditions of any existing concession contract or the ability of the Director to enter into concession contracts under [part 51](/cfr/36/part51.md) of this chapter. The 1998 Act (as that term is defined in [part 51](/cfr/36/part51.md) of this chapter) remains in effect.
