# §291.20. Appeals.


A permittee may appeal the denial or revocation of a permit in accordance with [36 CFR part 214](/cfr/36/part214.md). Pending the appeal, the decision of the Authorized Officer remains in effect unless determined otherwise in accordance with [36 CFR part 214](/cfr/36/part214.md), subpart C.
