# §264.13. Unauthorized use.


Except as provided in §§ [264.11](/cfr/36/264.11.md) and [264.12](/cfr/36/264.12.md), whoever manufactures, sells, or possesses the official symbol of the Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument may be subject to criminal penalty under [18 U.S.C. 701](/usc/18/701.md).
