# §261.1b. Penalty.


Unless otherwise provided by law, the punishment for violation of any prohibition in or order issued under this part shall be imprisonment of not more than six months or a fine in accordance with the applicable provisions of [18 U.S.C. 3571](/usc/18/3571.md) or both.
