# §222.23. Confidentiality.


Mediation sessions and dispute resolution communications as defined in [5 U.S.C. 571(5)](/usc/5/571.md?p=5) shall be confidential. Any mediation agreement signed by a Forest Service official and the holder of a term grazing permit is subject to public disclosure.
