# §219.61. Information collection requirements.


This subpart specifies the information that objectors must give in an objection to a plan, plan amendment, or plan revision ([§ 219.54(c)](/cfr/36/219.54.md?p=c)). As such, this subpart contains information collection requirements as defined in [5 CFR part 1320](/cfr/5/part1320.md) and have been approved by the Office of Management and Budget and assigned control number 0596-0158.
