# §2.37. Noncommercial soliciting.


Soliciting or demanding gifts, money, goods or services is prohibited, except pursuant to the terms and conditions of a permit that has been issued under [§ 2.50](/cfr/36/2.50.md), [§ 2.51](/cfr/36/2.51.md) or [§ 2.52](/cfr/36/2.52.md).
