# §13.149. Permit application deadline.


The deadline for receipt of a permit application for the occupancy and use of an existing cabin or other structure described in §§ [13.144](/cfr/36/13.144.md) or [13.146](/cfr/36/13.146.md) is October 20, 1987. The Superintendent may extend this deadline for a reasonable period of time only when a permit applicant demonstrates that extraordinary circumstances prevented timely application.
