# §1256.102. What fees does NARA charge?


Copies of audiovisual records will only be provided under this subpart upon payment of fees in accordance with 44 U.S.C. [2116(c)](/usc/44/2116.md?p=c) and [22](/usc/44/22.md) U.S.C. 1461(b)(3). See [§ 1258.4(b)](/cfr/36/1258.4.md?p=b) for additional information.
