# §1202.84. Can I seek judicial review?


Yes, within 2 years of receipt of a NARA final determination as provided in [§ 1202.54](/cfr/36/1202.54.md) or [§ 1202.80](/cfr/36/1202.80.md), you may seek judicial review of that determination. You may file a civil action in the Federal District Court:

- (a) In which you reside or have a principal place of business;
- (b) In which the NARA records are located; or
- (c) **In the District of Columbia.**
