# §1005.2. Alcoholic beverages; sale of intoxicants.


The sale of alcoholic, spirituous, vinous, or fermented liquor, containing more than 1 percent of alcohol by weight, shall conform with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. (See also [§ 1002.35](/cfr/36/1002.35.md) of this chapter.)
