# §1002.37. Noncommercial soliciting.


Soliciting or demanding gifts, money, goods or services is prohibited, except pursuant to the terms and conditions of a permit that has been issued under [§ 1002.50](/cfr/36/1002.50.md), [§ 1002.51](/cfr/36/1002.51.md) or [§ 1002.52](/cfr/36/1002.52.md).
