# §1.3. Penalties.

- (a) A person convicted of violating a provision of the regulations contained in parts [1](/cfr/36/part1.md) through [7](/cfr/36/part7.md), [part 9](/cfr/36/part9.md) [subpart B](/cfr/36/subpartB.md), and parts [12](/cfr/36/part12.md), [13](/cfr/36/part13.md), and 14 of this chapter shall be subject to the criminal penalties provided under [18 U.S.C. 1865](/usc/18/1865.md).
