# §75.622. Definition of “project materials.”


As used in [§§ 75.620 through 75.621](/cfr/34/75.620..75.621.md), “project materials” means a copyrightable work developed with funds from a grant of the Department. (See 2 CFR [200.307](/cfr/2/200.307.md) and [200.315](/cfr/2/200.315.md).)
