# §75.264. Transfers among budget categories.


A grantee may make transfers as specified in [2 CFR 200.308](/cfr/2/200.308.md) unless—

- (a) ED regulations other than those in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) or a statute prohibit these transfers; or
- (b) **The conditions of the grant prohibit these transfers.**
