# §692.80. How does a State administer its community service work-study program?


When administering its community service work-study program, a State must follow the provisions in [§ 692.30](/cfr/34/692.30.md), other than the provisions of [paragraph (a)(1)](/cfr/34/692.30.md?p=a-1) of that section.
