# §692.70. How does the Secretary allot funds to the States?


For fiscal year 2010-2011, the Secretary allots to each eligible State that applies for SLEAP funds an amount in accordance with the provisions in [§ 692.10](/cfr/34/692.10.md) prior to calculating allotments for States applying for GAP funds under [subpart C](/cfr/34/subpartC.md) of this part.
