# §692.53. What requirements must a State satisfy to receive SLEAP Program funds?


To receive SLEAP Program funds for any fiscal year, a State must—

- (a) Participate in the LEAP Program;
- (b) Meet the requirements in [§ 692.60](/cfr/34/692.60.md); and
- (c) Have a program that satisfies the requirements in § [692.21(a)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=a), [(b)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=b), [(d)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=d), [(e)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=e), [(f)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=f), [(g)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=g), [(j)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=j), and [(k)](/cfr/34/692.21.md?p=k).
