# §657.34. What are an institution's responsibilities after the award of a grant for administering fellowship funding?

- (a) An institution to which the Secretary awards a grant under this part is responsible for administering the grant in accordance with the regulations described in [§ 657.6](/cfr/34/657.6.md).
- (b) The institution is responsible for processing individual applications for fellowships in accordance with procedures described in §§ [657.12](/cfr/34/657.12.md) and [657.30](/cfr/34/657.30.md).
- (c) The institution is responsible for disbursing funds in accordance with procedures described in [§ 657.31](/cfr/34/657.31.md).
- (d) The institution is responsible for terminating a fellowship in accordance with the procedures described in [§ 657.32](/cfr/34/657.32.md).
