# §643.6. What regulations apply?


The following regulations apply to the Talent Search program:

- (a) The Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) in [34 CFR parts 75](/cfr/34/part75.md) (except for [§§ 75.215 through 75.221](/cfr/34/75.215..75.221.md)), 77, 79, 82, 84, 86, 97, 98, and 99.
- (b) **The regulations in this part 643.**
- (c)
  - (1) [2 CFR part 180](/cfr/2/part180.md) (OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Debarment and Suspension (Nonprocurement)), as adopted at [2 CFR part 3485](/cfr/2/part3485.md); and
  - (2) [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards), as adopted at [2 CFR part 3474](/cfr/2/part3474.md).
