# §603.22. Inclusion on list.


Any State agency which desires to be listed by the Secretary as meeting the criteria set forth in [§ 603.24](/cfr/34/603.24.md) should apply in writing to the Director, Division of Eligibility and Agency Evaluation, Office of Postsecondary Education, Department of Education, Washington, DC 20202.
