# §367.50. Under what circumstances does the Secretary award formula grants to States?

- (a) In the case of a fiscal year for which the amount appropriated under section 753 of the Act is equal to or greater than $13,000,000, grants under this part are made to States from allotments under [section 752(c)(2)](/cfr/34/752.md?p=c-2) of the Act.
- (b) **Subparts A, C, E, and F of this part govern the award of formula grants under this part.**
