# §363.2. Who is eligible for an award?


Any State that submits the documentation required by [§ 363.10](/cfr/34/363.10.md), as part of the vocational rehabilitation services portion of the Unified or Combined State Plan under [34 CFR part 361](/cfr/34/part361.md), is eligible for an award under this part.
