# §303.733. Reallotment of funds.


If a State (as defined in [§ 303.35](/cfr/34/303.35.md)) elects not to receive its allotment, the Secretary reallots those funds among the remaining States (as defined in [§ 303.732(d)(3)](/cfr/34/303.732.md?p=d-3)), in accordance with [§ 303.732(c)(2)](/cfr/34/303.732.md?p=c-2).
