# §303.722. Data reporting.

- (a) **Protection of identifiable data.** The data described in section 618(a) of the Act and in [§ 303.721](/cfr/34/303.721.md) must be publicly reported by each State in a manner that does not result in disclosure of data identifiable to individual children.
- (b) **Sampling.** The Secretary may permit States and outlying areas to obtain data in section 618(a) of the Act through sampling.
