# §303.707. Rule of construction.


Nothing in this subpart may be construed to restrict the Secretary from utilizing any authority under GEPA, [20 U.S.C. 1221](/usc/20/1221.md) et seq., the regulations in 34 CFR parts [76](/cfr/34/part76.md), [77](/cfr/34/part77.md), and 81, and [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), to monitor and enforce the requirements of the Act, including the imposition of special or high-risk conditions under 2 CFR [200.207](/cfr/2/200.207.md) and [3474.5(e)](/cfr/2/3474.5.md?p=e).
