# §303.3. Applicable regulations.

- (a) **The following regulations apply to this part—**
  - (1) **The regulations in this part 303.**
  - (2) EDGAR, including [34 CFR parts 76](/cfr/34/part76.md) (except for [§ 76.103](/cfr/34/76.103.md)), 77, 79, 81, 82, 84, and 86.
  - (3) The Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), as adopted in [part 3474](/cfr/34/part3474.md), and the OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension (Nonprocurement) in [2 CFR part 180](/cfr/2/part180.md), as adopted in [2 CFR part 3485](/cfr/2/part3485.md).
- (b) **In applying the regulations cited in paragraph (a)(2) of this section, any reference to—**
  - (1) State educational agency means the lead agency under this part; and
  - (2) **Education records—** or records means early intervention records.
