# §303.29. Personally identifiable information.


Personally identifiable information means personally identifiable information as defined in [34 CFR 99.3](/cfr/34/99.3.md), as amended, except that the term “student” in the definition of personally identifiable information in [34 CFR 99.3](/cfr/34/99.3.md) means “child” as used in this part and any reference to “school” means “EIS provider” as used in this part.
