# §303.230. Standard for disapproval of an application.


The Secretary does not disapprove an application under this part unless the Secretary determines, after notice and opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the procedures in [§§ 303.231 through 303.236](/cfr/34/303.231..303.236.md), that the application fails to comply with the requirements of this part.
