# §303.22. Lead agency.


Lead agency means the agency designated by the State's Governor under section 635(a)(10) of the Act and [§ 303.120](/cfr/34/303.120.md) that receives funds under section 643 of the Act to administer the State's responsibilities under part C of the Act.
