# §303.200. State application and assurances.


Each application must contain—

- (a) The specific State application requirements (including certifications, descriptions, methods, and policies and procedures) required in [§§ 303.201 through 303.212](/cfr/34/303.201..303.212.md); and
- (b) The assurances required in [§§ 303.221 through 303.227](/cfr/34/303.221..303.227.md).
