# §303.17. Homeless children.


Homeless children means children who meet the definition given the term homeless children and youths in [section 725](/cfr/34/725.md) ([42 U.S.C. 11434a](/usc/42/11434a.md)) of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act, as amended, [42 U.S.C. 11431](/usc/42/11431.md) et seq.
