# §303.114. Individualized family service plan (IFSP).


Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and his or her family in the State, that an IFSP, as defined in [§ 303.20](/cfr/34/303.20.md), is developed and implemented that meets the requirements of [§§ 303.340 through 303.345](/cfr/34/303.340..303.345.md), and that includes service coordination services, as defined in [§ 303.34](/cfr/34/303.34.md).
