# §300.715. Annual reports.

- (a) **In general.** The advisory board established under [§ 300.714](/cfr/34/300.714.md) must prepare and submit to the Secretary of the Interior and to Congress an annual report containing a description of the activities of the advisory board for the preceding year.
- (b) **Availability.** The Secretary of the Interior must make available to the Secretary the report described in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section.
