# §300.7. Charter school.


Charter school has the meaning given the term in [section 4310(2)](/cfr/34/4310.md?p=2) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended, [20 U.S.C. 6301](/usc/20/6301.md) et seq. (ESEA).
