# §300.531. Determination of setting.


The child's IEP Team determines the interim alternative educational setting for services under § [300.530(c)](/cfr/34/300.530.md?p=c), [(d)(5)](/cfr/34/300.530.md?p=d-5), and [(g)](/cfr/34/300.530.md?p=d-g).
