# §21.56. Judicial review.


If the applicant is dissatisfied with the award determination in the final decision under [§§ 21.52-21.55](/cfr/34/21.52-21.55.md), the applicant may seek judicial review of that determination under [5 U.S.C. 504(c)(2)](/usc/5/504.md?p=c-2) within 30 days after that determination was made.
