# §106.81. Procedures.


The procedural provisions applicable to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 are hereby adopted and incorporated herein. These procedures may be found at 34 CFR [100.6 through 100.11](/cfr/34/100.6..100.11.md) and [34](/cfr/34/34.md) CFR [part 101](/cfr/34/part101.md).
