# §89.25. Waters upon which Inland Rules 9(a)(ii), 14(d), and 15(b) apply.


Inland Rules [9(a)(ii)](/cfr/33/9.md?p=a-ii), [14(d)](/cfr/33/14.md?p=d), and [15(b)](/cfr/33/15.md?p=b) apply on the Great Lakes, the Western Rivers, and the following specified waters:

- (a) **Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway.**
- (b) **Tombigbee River.**
- (c) **Black Warrior River.**
- (d) **Alabama River.**
- (e) **Coosa River.**
- (f) **Mobile River above the Cochrane Bridge at St.** Louis Point.
- (g) **Flint River.**
- (h) **Chattahoochee River.**
- (i) **The Apalachicola River above its confluence with the Jackson River.**
