# §52.27. Withdrawal of application.


The Chair may, at his or her discretion, permit the applicant to withdraw his or her application at any time before final action is taken under [§ 52.64](/cfr/33/52.64.md). Any further consideration by the Board of the issues raised in the withdrawn application shall occur only upon the filing of a new application.
