# §334.990. Long Beach Harbor, Calif.; naval restricted area.

- (a) **The area.** All the waters between the Navy mole and Terminal Island to the westward of longitude 118°13′10″.
- (b) **The regulations.**
  - (1) **The area is reserved exclusively for use by naval vessels.** Permission for any person or vessel to enter the area must be obtained from the enforcing agency.
  - (2) The regulations in this section shall be enforced by the Commander, U.S. Naval Base Los Angeles, Long Beach, California, and such agencies as he may designate.
